Student Pick Up and Drop Off Procedure

 

     SMS 2025-2026 Parent Drop Off/Pick Up Process  

 

Doors will open at 7AM for students to enter the building. 
In order to allow the line to keep moving, please have your child ready to exit onto ANY sidewalk location. 
Cars in line should not wait past 7AM, to drop off children (unless you are still in line and not yet at a drop location).

Parking spaces are only an option if YOU need to access the building. 
Parking Spaces should not be used as a pick up / drop off point. 
The orange cones are placed for this reason. 

All students are to be using the sidewalks at all times. 
There should be no student walking through the parking lot. 

Additionally, there is No Left Turn out of the parking lot

Administrators will be in the parking lot to ensure traffic is flowing correctly. 

Following such procedures will ensure a SAFE and more EFFICIENT Pick Up / Drop Off.
